Old Intransit Shipments need to be cancelled

There are some 2-3 yrs old Intransit Shipments in "Expected" status at receiving org. As these shipments are very old it is affecting the planning. What will be the best workaround to clean this data as we cannot cancel/close the shipment in IR ISO process in 11i version
