What is the basic difference between AR Aging report and Customer Open Balance report?

Hi All,

          As I am going through AR Aging Report and Open Customer balance report, I have the basic doubt of what is difference between these two reports. cann't we get open balance for any customer on any specific date by adding all the aging buckets data? Is there any specific difference? When these two reports will usefull for customer? I mean business scenarios?
