Need oracle Current and Recommended Patch details

 Hi

we need current patch level details and recommended patch details. From Database we can find applied or current patch level's. Please provide code fix to get applied patch details and patch levels.

How we can list out the recommended patch details. Please suggest to get recommended patch list.
