PO receipt for LCM enabled organizations

Hi

As per Metalink Note Can Purchase Orders (POs) Be Transacted Without Landed Cost Calculations in an LCM Enabled Organization? [ID 1396380.1], we can receive PO for LCM enabled organizations. However after patch application, we do not see the profile mentioned in the note namely INL: Item Category Set.

Any advice please?
