Update/Upgrade

Hello All

I am having to revisit this issue again because of conflicting information.

As I understand it

oakcli update database -dbname

as the command used to upgrade a database from node 1 on our ODA version 2.4.0.0.0.

What is the difference between the update command above and the following command

oakcli upgrade database -db dbname to oracle_home.

In the MOS document the command being used is update however there are intuitive documentation which suggests that to upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 the upgrade command is used. Which is which and to upgrade our database from 11.2.0.2 since we are going to loose mainstream support from Oracle with this version, what is the command to use upgrade or update.
