OATS - Oracle Application Test Suite 12.2.0.1.288 - how choose oracle home default, where is the OAT

Hello,

I'm looking for the Oracle App Test Suite community, and a newbie.   Can you help or forward?

#1 - OATS on Win2008R2 12.2.0.1.288 install, will install to E, but oracle home defaults to user roaming profile on C.  I don't want that.  How can I change that universal installer option?
Used "Install Location" and defined to E:\OracleATS from C:
Install not yet started.

Global Settings:
  Source:  c:\user\xxx\Appdata
  Oracle Home:  c:\users\xxx\Appdata\Roaming\OracleATS

Product Languages
  English

Space Requirements: 

  C:\Required 195MB, includes 193MB temporary:  Available  46GB
  E:\  Required 1.07 GB, Available 74GB

Will attach an oracle installer screen shot next, but the primary parameters are typed above.
