12.1.3 : Invalid view - CST_LAYER_ACTUAL_COST_DTLS_V

 Hi Tai :Welcome to the new EBS Patching community, This thread will address your following question 

I noticed this view is invalid...

OBJECT_NAME  OBJECT_TYPE    OWNER  
----------------------------- -------------  --------
CST_LAYER_ACTUAL_COST_DTLS_V   VIEW APPS

Based on metalink, "Cannot Compile View Cst_layer_actual_cost_dtls_v [ID 885915.1]"...

The solution is

"Removed the database "_complex_view_merging" parameter and restarted the db & apps tiers."


I have tried setting the parameter _complex_view_merging=FALSE (restart database, apps tier), but still cannot compile the view to a valid stage. I got error  - "ORA-00979: not a GROUP BY expression"
