Error: Start Date is mandatory on Standard PO lines whose purchase basis = "Temp Labor". - Very very

Hello Experts

When trying to import Po's with the line type "Rate Based Temporary Labor" from the interface i am getting the errors

Error: Start Date is mandatory on Standard PO lines whose purchase basis = "Temp Labor".

Error: Job is mandatory on lines whose purchase basis = "Temp Labor".

Error: Job (JOB_ID = ) is NOT valid for Business Group (JOB_BUSINESS_GROUP_ID = ).

We are R12.1.2

Please let me know if i am missing any thing
