Using oracle Web ADI to upload journals

Hello Team,

I assigned Oracle Web ADI responsibility to a user to enable him upload journals. The responsbility was assigned successfully. The user also has desktop integrator responsibility.

Once i click on create document to select the document to upload, it displays a page "the web page cannot be found". What am i doing wrongly? Kindly help with steps as i have journals that need to be uploaded urgently.
