approval routing

Hi, i am making the purchase orders and all orders are going for approval routing, with approval routing set in user profile of the user. but here the same user has to make  2 different purchase orders that will be routed to different places.
How can this b achieved if approval routing can be set to one person only through user profile.
Please guide?
