Asset group as stockable

Hi All,

 

We have many assets in the sub inventories. These have 0 cost but an on hand quantity. I believe this is due to the group being defined as stockable and as a result I am unable to de activate assets because they are on hand in these sub inventories.

1.Why does an asset group need to be classed as stockable?

2.Can we uncheck this so we don’t get these issues with asset groups being on hand.

3. Any Effect on Asset transfer or other integration functionalities
