8.1.1.10 patch upgrade

Hi,

While upgrade to 8.1.1.10 from 8.1.1.9 (applied 6 mandatory quick fixes), got the error as show in the attached doc.  I have resumed patch installation and it was successful.  Please suggest is there any action required or this error can be ignored.  I have not applied "interim patch 8119230160101001" but do not know why it is referring to this.

 However, I noticed that  1)  UI navigation is slow (taking more time).  On 8.1.1.9  the UI navigation was quite good.

                                         2) Error throwing when trying to view Administration - Server Configuration --> Enterprises view in mozilla firefox.  I have learned that its a know bug and QF will be released soon.  However, the same is not reported when tried in Chrome browser.
