Contact Centre (CSC), where to find the user guide?

I found this form in OM responsibility, checking the application id for this form, it is belongs to customer care (CSC), where can i find the user guide for this module?
i always refer to here for the user guide:

but i can't find any Customer Care or Contact Centre module.
