Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

We are in 11.5.10.2

All of sudden to-day while paying invoices we have typical problem, FOR Rs. amount COMMA replaced with .(dot) and vice versa.
