Oracle 12.1.0.1.0 Grid Installation failing for 2 Node cluster on platform OEL 5.9 in vmware

Hi,

I tried to install 12c Grid for two Node RAC on vmware on os OEL 5.9 .

Root.sh went fine on Node 1 but whne executing root.sh on Node got the below error .

can any on help me to troubleshoot this problem.

[root@ashvm2 12.1.0.0_GRID]# ./root.sh
Performing root user operation for Oracle 12c

The following environment variables are set as:
    ORACLE_OWNER= oracle
    ORACLE_HOME=  /oravl01/oracle/12.1.0.0_GRID

Enter the full pathname of the local bin directory: [/usr/local/bin]:
   Copying dbhome to /usr/local/bin ...
   Copying oraenv to /usr/local/bin ...
   Copying coraenv to /usr/local/bin ...


Creating /etc/oratab file...
