11g EM and 12c On the Same AIX host

Hi,

Can I install 12c OMS, Agent and EM repository on the same host that as an already existing 11g OMS, Agent and EM repository?
If no, what are the problems in trying to do that?  I don't think they will live nicely together on the same host, but need reasons not to do it to show others.
