Patch 3554613 Fails to Apply Because Several Pre-Reqs Patches Are Missing

Hi,
On 11.5.9, while applying patch 3554613 several pre-req patches are listed as needing to be applied even though they exist in ad_bugs.


! 3125496 PER: ADD IN ALL ODFS REQUIRED FOR NEW TABLE UPGRADES FOR HR/TCA MERGE

! 2677160 PER: INTEROPERABILITY VIEWS DEFINITION FOR CONTINGENT WORKERS

! 2690553 FND: FNDSCAUS:MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR CONTINGENT WORKERS

! 2655277 FND: Patch 11i.FND.G

- 3554613 XDO: ORACLE XML PUBLISHER OA RELEASE 4.5.0
