Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

I want to create a Service Request using a Web applet placed on the Action Bar. Here's the URL link

I want to create a Service request of type = Issue but when I click on this link Its displaying "Other" in the field Type. Any suggestions?
