JAS server java.exe process issue

HI,
We have recently upgraded from tools 898.4.8 to 9.1.3.1.

We are running websphere 7 ND on Win server 2008 R2 standard with 3 JVM clustering (vertical).

Now what I see is some times the java.exe process is using a lot of CPU power. It has happened yesterday that once it was 100% and I had to restart the jas server. Again some time in today morning 25% was used up by one single JVM's java.exe process. So I had to restart it before the whole system becomes unresponsive. 

I had to keep a constant watch on the JAS server. The server has almost 100 concurrent user load at peak time.
