admrgpch failed while merging NLS patch 17057571

Hello ..We recently asked for the NLS patch for 5 languages i.e Romanian, Czech,German,Latin American Spanish,Brazilian Portuguese and we got the patch with Number 17057571. While extracting the patch we do not have any issue but while merging the patch with other languages I am getting the Error for each and Every language Attaching the admrgpch log files for each.
