Leave status not refelecting on "all actions awaiting attention"

Hello team,

Whenever users apply for leave, we dont always know where to track it. We keep checking with each supervisor to confirm if leave has been approved or not. On test instance, you can trace where the leave request is by viewing all actions awaiting your response but on production it shows no result. see attachment.
