RPAS Planning apps upgrade .. from version 10/11 to version 13/14

With regards to the RPAS Planning apps (MFP / AP / RDF) upgrade .. from version 10/11 to version 13/14 what are the key areas one needs to focus on

a) Is it possible to perform?

b) What are the tech stack changes one should be looking at, hardware changes?

c) Does it need to be perform step wise version 10 to version 11 and than from version 11 to version 12 and likewise?

d) What other areas one needs to be aware of?

e) How different will it be between MFP and RDF.

f) What key areas one should look out for RDF upgrade from version 10/11 to version 13/14.
