Purchase order summary show 2 lines

 Dear all,
       The scenario is when I click purchase order summary, select result distribution and then press find PO has shown 2 lines distribution in spite of this PO only create for 1 line.

But if i select result Headers, Lines or Shipment it has shown only 1 line

Please kindly clarify.
