OIE.K prereq patch (AME)

Hi,

We are planning to apply Mini-pack 11i.OIE.K (4165000) to our 11.5.10.2 test environment.

Document "About Oracle Internet Expenses Mini-pack 11i.OIE.K [ID 342588.1]" lists the following Prerequisite Technical Patches (Required):

1.AD patch 4712852 (11i.AD.I.4)
2.ATG_PF patch 4676589 (11i.ATG_PF.H RUP4)
3.Release 11i.8 Maintenance Pack (2293243) or Financials Family Pack C 11i.FIN_PF.C (2380068)
4.AME patch 4873179 (11i.AME.B Rollup)
5.FUN patch 3706130 (FUN SPLICE CHECKIN)

We doubt about the AME patch.
If I understand correctly AME is part of the HRMS product (per), that appears as "Not Installed" in fnd_product_installations table.

Do you think we can skip this prerequisite patch?
