R12.1.3: Create Accounting program run Concurrently?

Hi Gurus,

just needed confirmation about the create accounting program when run concurrently.

Our user has submitted Create Accounting program twice with same parameters in a space of few seconds, thinking that the first time the program was not submitted and so submitted again.

Both programs have completed sucessfully and journals created and i have the following questions

1. Does the data get duplicated? i think it does not , as the the program is designed to handle to run the program concurrently.? Please confirm

2. How to confirm the data is not duplicated? I have checked a transaction, it was picked in first one and so its not picked up by the second program.
