Salesperson can't see a report results but I can

Hello,

 I have a sales person that would like to run a report not visited for 90 days.

The results are zero.

But if I run the same report for him I can see results.

But when I use his id and password it's empty.

I have changed his role to key user, but it doesn't make a difference.

I have checked his profile and his profile is the same as all the other salespersons.

Other reports are working fine for him.

Does anyone know what  could be wrong?
