TBL_RESOURCE_POOL column ASAP_SYS populated as TEST in QA environment

When we deploy network cartridge, the NE template is being populated into respective tables.The table tbl_resource_pool with column ASAP_SYS is populated with value TEST when the rest of the pool value has PROD.
There is no where we are populating the value for ASAP_SYS externally.
Because of this issue we are unable to automate and are manually modifying the values.
