Our last insert/update in to the forecast tables is causing issues in ATP Data Collection

HI all,

Few weeks ago we made an insert/update in our forcast sets. since then looks like the data from MDS tables are increased daily and we now reached 39 millions records (which is a huge value for what we have right now in our forecast sets). I did noticed that we have some lines in our forecast sets without an end date and some lines with an end date lower than start date - i.e. start date 22-JUL-2013 and end date 01-JUL-2013...this lines was updated trough interface and didn't caused an error (don't know if it was validated or not).
