Database Certification Information

Hi,
Oracle Configuration Manager (OCM) has started to alert:
Oracle Database is running on a non-certified configuration.  Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.0 is not certified on IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit) 5.3.

However, MOS 1306539.1 says:
Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.0 is certified on IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit) 5.3

Which one is correct?  OCM or MOS 1306539.1 ??
