How can I add search by PO number to the drop down in Contact Center (TeleService)?

We have just implemented TeleService for our customer service group (mostly pre-sales) and they need the ability to search by PO number from the Search By drop down menu on Contact Center.  Has anyone been able to make that happen?  Can you help out with where to begin?
