Custom Std PO Document Style not being used in eMAil Transmission

Hello,
Noticed that the custom template we created for the client is not being used when the standard po is communicated via eMAil. I have defined the custom po template in the standard po document types. Pleas see attachment of standard document type screen. Client is using R12.1.3
