Seeded Account Generator

Hello,

What are some possible causes as to why account generator would not be automatically building a charge account on a purchase requisition via iProcurement? The employee HR record has the default PO information defined and I have mapped PO Item Category to Expense Accounts. However when the end user gets to step 1 of the iProcurement checkout line, there is a hyperlink displays saying "Enter Charge Account".
