Asset Life is finnish but still Fixed Assets Reserved Amount

Dear,

We have a some assets which  has a life date is 01-jan-2004 and Lifof the asset categry is 5 years from one of the asset amout is 50000 and accumalted depriciation is 30000 as of 31-dec-2012 which means still 2000 is remaining in the assets but please look at the asset date it means life of the year for this asset is close when I will run the depriciation in Jan-2013.

Please let me know if the life of the year of the asset is finnish but the amount is exsists with asset then system will cnsider this asset in the depriciation run program.
