Foreign Amounts Aging (Open)

I am trying to run an aging in our test environment for Foreign amounts, but I only get a job log.  I believe it's because the F0411AJC file is empty, but I do not know how that file is populated with data.  Can anyone help?  We use JDE A9.2.1.

Help would really be appreciated!
