adpatch hotpatch error when a file is open

in older versions of Oracle Apps, hotpatch will not copy an open file into the target environment and this will be shown in the lgi file. (example: a form being used by a user when hotpatch was invoked) In 12.1.3, will adpatch now throw an error, or will it still just the same mechanism and still give a  "FYI" on the lgi file?
