Importing CSV file

 Hello-
I've imported numerous CSV files, each time having to go in and "Unlock Cells" in the protection tab of Excel in order for CRM On-Demand to let me proceed with the upload. I've done this numerous times, opened a new blank document, changed the file name, etc. and I can't get past the screen that tells me I have blank items in the header. Are there any other tricks/tips people know about in order to get past this? My "tried and true" are not working. Thanks in advance.
