How to make the report not word-wrapped?

We user EBS version 12.1.3

I am running the functional security reports for our auditors.

I ran one with the cash management super user responsibility. I clicked on view output and then file saved it as a text file on my desktop. However, the auditor is saying the text report I sent is word wrapped. I went to the text file and click on format and unchecked word wrap and then saved. But he says the word wrap is still there. Is there a setting some where when I run the report in EBS to make it not word-wrapped? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
