As System Administrator is it possible to view Concurrent Manager output created from a job run by a

All,  we upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 at the end of last year and since that time I haven't been able to view Concurrent Manager output (selecting View Output button) when my business user has run the batch job even if I switch to the responsibility that she used to submit the job.  I know that prior to the R12 upgrade, all I had to do to view the output was to use their responsibility while I was logged in as SYSADMIN.  Did security around viewing job output change with R12 does anyone know?
