Update Contact based on Service Request

Hello,

We like to send out a survey email to the customers inquiring about thier service experience. We track the service requests on CRM and have contact field mandatory on the Service request layout. How can I update the contact record when a service request was closed so that I can pick such contacts on ODM and send out the survey email.

Any ideas how to accomplish this?
