Item Description in iprocurement is not editable

Hi
Does anyone know how to make the item description in iprocurement editable? I have setup the item desc. to be editable in the item attributes in Inventory and I can edit the description in PO forms but  it is greyed out in iproc.

Is there a web personalization option or a profile option that governs this?
