Question on GG IE(Integrated Capture) Downstream Deployment

My environment :
==========================
source database is : 10204 version
Downstream database version : 11203 version

Can we have a Downstream Integrated Capture on 11203 database for 10204 source database version. ?
==========================

ID 1538435.1 says Source database can be 10.2.x
ID 1485620.1 says Source Database Version 10.2.0.4 and above

Below white paper says Source database  can be in 10.2.0.5+ for downstream deployment.

I cannot conclude anything .
Please let me know your answers asap.
