Snapsot on Workstation

Hello, is there a way to install multiple environments on a workstation w/o using snapshot. I am on 9.1 update 3 . It looks like they chnaged it after update 2 we used to be able to do it. Now when you deploy a full package it forces you to remove the existing one.

Any help will be appreciated
