what is the use of 'Documents' form and 'Security' block ('Type' and 'Owner' fields)

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what is the use of 'Documents' form accessible at below navigation

Order Management -> Setup -> Orders -> Attachments -> Documents

(1) Is there any detailed Oracle documentation on what is the use of this form and what all fields on this form means and used for?
I checked Order Management Implementation guide and user guide and both mentions about this form only superficially and not in detail.

I want to know especially about 'Security' block ('Type' and 'Owner' fields)

Can anyone please explain or direct me to any documentation on this?
