GG Plugin –OEM

GG Version 11.2.1.0.6_02

OEM Cloud Control 12c

Oracle DB:  11.2.0.3.0

 

Problems

1.       Unable to successfully discover targets.

2.        Unable to discover new targets (ext, pmp, rep)

3.   All replicats are reporting Lag as 2147483647 (in OEM)

After upgrading to the what was then the latest patch version ( GG Version 11.2.1.0.6_02 ) we decided to enable monitoring (OEM)  to see how it would perform.

Also during the time we had monitoring off we added new groups and went to integrated capture.

I basically went through the installation steps – recreated the BDB, the dirwlt, verified the Config.properties, etc.  Wasn’t able to get the targets to connect/communicate with the jagent . So at one point I removed all the discovered golden gate targets on of the servers,  undeployed and redeployed the plugin, went through all the installation steps etc.
