Local html issue

HI,

We have just upgraded to tools 9.1.3.1 from 898.4.8.

While we are installing our new fat client on our existing fat clients this is what we are doing:

1. Removing the recent client software.
2. Removing HTML JAS.
3. Removing WAS 6.1.

NT:- we are letting the SQLEXP there as it is as per MTR level.

4. We are installing Websphere Express 7 fix pack 11.
5. We are installing DV900 pathcode using OUI installer.
6. We are installing H4A7.

And all is fine client is working fine and html working fine.

Well if we install a fresh copy (also by removing the SQLEXP) or install PY or PD900 pathcode after DV900 following the above process, the Client is working ok, but the HTML is giving critical system error.
