LDOM 3.0 Install/Upgrade

Hi,
We just fresh install T4-4 with Solaris 11.1
The system installed with LDOM 2.2, how we can install/update to LDOM 3.0
Is the LDOM 3.0 only available on SRU online repository? or we can install/update it with local repository?
