Issue integration Siebel with SSO in Windows 2008 server with IIS7

 Hi All,
I have done migration of Siebel 8.2.2.3 from Windows 2003(32bit) to Windows 2008(64 bit) server. Installed IIS7 and integrated SSO with Siebel installing webgate 10.1.4.3 in the same server.

SSO server is in Linux box and using 11.1.1.5 

Getting below error after setup,
[SWSE] Error in getting authenticated user for SSO.
Failed to reset the query for the start command.
[SWSE] Set Error Response (Session:  Error: 10944635 Message: Web Server Authentication Failed.)

Please suggest, if any specific steps needs to be taken care for SSO integration with Siebel in WIndows 2008 server 64 bit.
