Unable to start the listener

Getting below error while startup the listener on AIX 5.3, The listener file has been created under the $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin.

Could not load program lsnrctl:
        The program does not have an entry point or
          the o_snentry field in the auxiliary header is invalid.
Examine file headers with the 'dump -ohv' command.
