PAY: Fast Formula is not Retrieving Other Element Database Item

 Hi All,
We have a requirement as below.

One of the Element is linked to Fast Formula. In the Fast Formula we need to Fetch Monthly Amount value of another Element(Basic Salary). I had used the following code BASIC_SALARY_MONTHLY_AMOUNT_ENTRY_VALUE to get the Monthly Amount Value of Basic Salary Element. Basic Salary Monthly Amount Value is 3000, however it is returning Zero. Please suggest if any one had faced this issue.
