Patch failing in RDBMS home in 10.2.0.5 RAC

Hello People,

As part of patching  Patch 9952245 - 10.2.0.5.2 for CRS Patch Set Update on 10g RAC, I am getting following error whiile patching RDBMS home after succssfully patching CRS homes on 2 node RAC:

qa-db1 ->/u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs_1/OPatch/opatch napply custom/server/ -local -oh /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1 -id 9952245
